Privacy Policy
This policy explains how REVIEWZ, a review management service operated by SAAZ Solutions, handles business account information, customer reviews and content retrieved from connected platforms, including Google Business Profile.
In short: Connecting a business profile lets REVIEWZ retrieve reviews and business-location information so you can manage replies and understand customer feedback. REVIEWZ never posts a reply to Google without a permitted user action, and does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising targeting.
1. Information we collect and process
When you use REVIEWZ, we may process your account email and profile details, workspace memberships, role permissions, business and location settings, Brand Voice preferences, AI draft texts, approval history, subscription and usage records, and technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.
When you authorize a connection to Google Business Profile, we may access the business accounts and locations you can manage, their display names and identifiers, the review content and ratings available through Google's APIs, reviewer names or public profile information returned by the API, review dates, existing owner responses and related status information. We also process equivalent review or comment information from other platforms that you choose to connect, to the extent permitted by those services.
Authorization credentials such as refresh tokens are retained securely to maintain the connection until they expire, are revoked, or the connection is removed. We do not ask for your Google password.
2. How REVIEWZ uses this information
- To connect authorized accounts, show reviews and business locations, organize an inbox and detect unanswered or time-sensitive feedback.
- To prepare and edit suggested replies using AI at the user's request and, when supported, submit a response to the connected platform following the user's approval or publication action.
- To classify feedback, calculate ratings and response metrics, identify recurring topics and explicit staff mentions, and provide customer insights using review content from connected sources.
- To support multiple authorized team members within the same workspace, enforce their permissions, protect accounts, prevent misuse and provide service support.
- To maintain system reliability, security, billing and audit records as necessary for service operations.
AI-generated material can contain errors. REVIEWZ allows authorized users to review supporting comments and revise draft responses before publication.
3. Google API Services User Data — Limited Use
Our access, use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing or improving the user-facing functionality described in this policy and requested by the authorized business user. We use only the Google API permissions needed for those features.
REVIEWZ does not sell Google user data, use that data for targeted advertising, or train generalized AI models using data received through Google APIs. Access to that data by staff or service providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver requested features, maintain security, meet legal obligations or handle support with appropriate authorization.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. AI processing and service providers
REVIEWZ uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to host data, operate authentication, deliver notifications and generate optional AI responses or insights. These may include Supabase for application data, authentication and secure credential storage, OpenAI for AI processing, and hosting or communications providers as configured for the service.
When an AI function is used, only the review content and context needed for that feature should be sent to the model provider. We do not use connected Google review data to create advertising audiences or to build general-purpose training datasets.
External platforms—including Google, Tripadvisor and Facebook—have their own policies governing the information available through their APIs.
5. Storage, security and access
REVIEWZ uses encrypted transport, application permissions and tenant separation to limit access to a business's workspace and connected review data. OAuth refresh tokens are stored in protected server-side credential storage, not in the public website's HTML or browser code.
Authorized workspace owners may invite colleagues with different roles, such as Editor, Approver or Viewer. Individuals should only receive the access required for their duties. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention, disconnection and deletion
We retain account information, imported reviews, generated drafts and analytics for as long as reasonably required to provide REVIEWZ, comply with legal requirements and maintain security or accounting records. Existing imported content may remain in the workspace after a provider connection is revoked, unless its deletion is requested or required by applicable law.
You may revoke Google's access through your Google Account connections. To request deletion of your REVIEWZ workspace data, access records or imported provider information, contact us at the address below. Backup removal may follow the retention processes of our infrastructure providers.
7. Browser storage and notifications
REVIEWZ uses functional browser storage for sessions and preferences. Where supported, notifications may be enabled only after you grant permission. We do not use connected Google user data for third-party advertising personalization.
8. International processing, requests and updates
Service providers may process information outside your country of residence. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your workspace, subject to technical limitations and applicable law. We may update this policy as our features or obligations change and will revise the date shown above.
