1. Service description

REVIEWZ provides a workspace for review information from supported platforms, AI-assisted reply drafts, human approval workflows, and customer insights. Availability depends on the connected platform, granted permissions, account plan and any usage quotas. Features shown in marketing previews may not be available to every account.

2. Accounts and business authorization

You must provide accurate account details, protect sign-in credentials, and ensure that you have authority to connect or manage each third-party business profile. Do not access a business or invite a teammate without appropriate authorization. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for assigning roles and reviewing who can access their workspace.

3. Third-party platforms

Google Business Profile, Tripadvisor and Facebook are independent third-party services. REVIEWZ is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. Their API availability, rate limits, moderation decisions and access restrictions may change. A connection may stop working when you revoke authorization or the provider changes access. We cannot guarantee that every historical review is available through an API or that a response can be published automatically to every platform.

4. AI responses and human approval

AI-generated reply drafts and insights are suggestions. They may contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations, especially where review content is ambiguous. You are responsible for checking facts, tone, legal implications and suitability before publication. REVIEWZ should not be used to mislead customers, generate fake reviews or evade third-party platform policies.

Where supported, an authorized user may approve and publish a reply. REVIEWZ does not promise to change customer ratings, remove critical reviews, or control what customers say about a business.

5. Plans, credits and payments

Any active subscription, monthly credits, introductory grants, charges, billing intervals and cancellation terms must be shown in the offer accepted at purchase or in your REVIEWZ account. Draft-generation credits and historical review credits, when included, follow the terms of your plan. Marketing concept pages may show proposed—not yet purchasable—prices or entitlements.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass authorization controls or limits, scrape or access private data without permission, use REVIEWZ for harassment or spam, or publish material that violates law or the connected platform's requirements. We may restrict access where necessary to protect other users, infrastructure or platform integrations.

7. Data and privacy

Processing of personal information and provider data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain responsibility for the information and instructions that you submit. You authorize REVIEWZ and its service providers to process the content required to deliver the features you activate, subject to applicable platform restrictions.

8. Service changes and limitations

We may change service functionality to improve quality, security or platform compatibility. Temporary interruptions and provider access problems can occur. We will seek to communicate material changes to paying users through appropriate product or account channels.
